Designed for riders who want a complete Alpine Roads experience without committing to a longer stay. The Compact Tour follows the full Black Forest–Tyrol–Carinthia route at a relaxed pace, with three nights based in Bad Kleinkirchheim to enjoy loop riding and time off the bike. It offers the same standards of accommodation, support and route quality as the Classic Tour, in a shorter, more focused format that balances memorable riding with onward travel and limited time away.
The Classic Tour is the most immersive version of the Alpine Roads journey, designed for riders who want time and flexibility rather than pace. It follows the same route as the Compact Tour, with additional base days in Bad Kleinkirchheim that open up more loop riding, rest days, and time to enjoy the region. With more space in the schedule, riding becomes a choice rather than an obligation, allowing the experience to unfold naturally and at an unhurried rhythm.
Alpine Roads tours are designed to feel like a holiday on a motorcycle, not a schedule to keep up with. We ride some of the Alps’ most scenic and rewarding roads at a relaxed, progressive pace, with time to stop, explore and enjoy where you are — not just where you’re heading next. Most riders travel as part of a small guided group, within a clear structure that allows flexibility. Ride every day, take lighter days, or enjoy time off the bike, supported throughout by a support van
So you can focus on the riding and the experience, the details are handled quietly in the background.

Alpine Roads is designed to work naturally for both riders and pillions.
While riders enjoy flowing Alpine passes, partners can explore lake towns, relax in thermal spas, visit cafés and viewpoints, or simply enjoy where they are staying.
Join the ride for the full day, ride part of it, or take time out and rejoin later. The fixed alpine base and support van make this flexibility practical rather than theoretical.
The result is a shared Alpine experience — structured, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable.
Tours are deliberately limited — usually to eight bikes — to maintain a calm, personal atmosphere.
A £500 deposit secures your place, with the balance due 9 weeks before departure.
If Alpine Roads ever needs to cancel a tour (for example, due to minimum numbers or travel restrictions), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended.
